        Mr.  Papava,

        The  committee  does  not  judge  the  correctnes  of  a  proposed  solution.  The  procedure  is  that  it  must  be  submitted  to  a  reputable  refereed  mathematics  journal  accepted  and    published  by  them.  Then  the  committee  will  decide  whether  the  mathematics  community  ahs  accepted  the  work  as  correct.  I  wish  you  good  fortune  with  your  work.  I  might  add  that  there  have  been  hundreds  of  proposed  solutions  so  far - all  of  them    had  some  error.  So,  it  would  be  a  good  idea  to  havde  some  local  expert  check  your  soltion  before  submission.
